6 weeks beginner course : 2018 TBC


This 6 week course is suitable for complete beginners to yoga or those wanting to refresh on their basics in a safe and welcoming space. The course is designed to help you build a foundation in yoga and increase your confidence to continue with the practice in other classes. We will begin your journey into this ancient healing science by looking at:
Basic philosophy of yoga
Proper breathing and body alignment
Fundamental yoga postures (Asana)
Surya Namaskar, 12 posture Sun Salutation
The course will also help to reveal some of the effects of yoga, increasing flexibility and strength in the body, calming the mind and feeling a deeper sense of peace and happiness in being.
